ABOUT ME

Hi, I’m Elizabeth Byrne, the owner and founder of Welcome Baby Wellness. Helping parents achieve their health and familial goals is my mission. Seeing them achieve physical, emotional and mental ease in their lives is my reward. 

At a young age I recognized a strong interest in maternal and family health. Subsequent doula training in the Golden State included course work at the renowned Heart and Hands Midwifery School, Birthing from Within and Hypnobirthing Childbirth Education, and Doula work at the Santa Rosa Birth Center. I later earned certification as a Functional Nutritional Therapy Practitioner (FNTP) through the Nutritional Therapy Association, and I am a Functional Hormone Specialist. 

I am passionate about assisting families as they strive to create nurturing and healthy homes. Empowering the journeys of my clients into parenthood — during childbirth and beyond — is fascinating work. As a nutritional therapist, I am available before, throughout and after pregnancy to facilitate optimal health and recovery. Beyond the birth experience, I am available to help new mothers to replenish their bodies and successfully breastfeed through proper nutrition and parenting education.

I am committed to empowering your birthing and parenting choices, lending a compassionate ear throughout your journey, and providing a touchstone of knowledge and support as you embark on the journey of expanding your family.

My two babies are now young adults (that’s my youngest with me). We live with our kitten, Gigi, in Kimberton, PA.
